“Is this what you want to be? So what do you want to be?” This is the pair of questions I ask from time to time. For me, the element named ‘Passion’ is the key to success. Passion can be seen as a desire to achieve your goals. "Without having a goal, it's difficult to score." This quote from Paul Arden’s book ‘It's Not How Good You Are, Its How Good You Want to Be’ perfectly illustrates this point: No goal, no passion, no success.
